depression, inferiority complex etc.,
I am a B.Com graduate. I am 29 years old. Not married. Not interested too. My problem is I am always depressed. I am working for a BPO company. I always consider me as inferior because of my physical appearance. I dont like talking to others. I hate everyone. I cant behave normally with others. Infact, I feel very inferior to talk to others. I always want to be alone. Now a days, I am not even able to concentrate on my work too. My mind is very unstable. All these things have been going on for past 15 years. Will meditation help me?

Sounds like you're actally a perfectly normally attractive and pleasant person with an exceedingly low opinion of yourself, and low self-esteem. Uncaring or emotionally neglectful parents can have this effect on their offspring, but you can overcome it.
CBT counselling would be an ideal ttreatment to help you appreciate yourself more, which would allow other people to appreciate you more, and improve stability and concentration. So check out what might be available in Balnaglore, perhaps through one of the enarby universities with a psychology dept, for Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy. Meditation could be part of the solution, too, if you can find a good guide to doing it. I don't know of specific centres in Bangalore with that function, but there should be some.
