Do you also always think if I just have this I will be happy ?
Then you get that and you still are not ?
Then if only I had this, you get it and you still are not?

What's wrong with me, will I ever be satisfied and happy.

I look at my life and I should be so happy yet I am not? Maybe take extra meds ?

Its a common false way of thinking. It assumes that your happiness is caused by having X or Y, and that your discomfort or unhappiness is caused by not having X, which is rarely ever true. CBT counselling would be much better than extra meds, to sort out these issues of unrealistic expectations, and forming some realistic and achievable ones.
