Lord knows why so many doctors insist on using Cipralex rather than the many many other cheaper and equally effective antidepressants ! The Ads vary in how they affect different people.
If you used to eat sugar, bread and dairy without any of these headaches, there's no reason why they would cause headaches now, all of a sudden. If you are getting unpleasant side-effects on one AD like Cipralex, ( and headaches are a well-recognized side-effect of Cipralex ) then another AD should be tried instead. There is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING magic about Cipralex to suggest you should stick with it rather than an alternative AD which might suit you much better. If your doc for some mysterious reason insists on only this one drug, rather see another doc for a second opinion
