Drug Problem?
Every time after I have had a few drinks (no more than once a week), I feel this uncontrollable need to smoke dagga. I am single and it just feels like ma nice way for me to end the evening, even though I am well aware of the physical and psychological effects, so I probably smoke about 3 joints a month at most, is this a problem that I should be seeking councelling? I always regret it terribly the next day, as I feel depressed, and know why, but I always joke by saying if I had a girlfriend I would not need to smoke weed. Please help!

If you regret it terribly, and feel depressed, then it is a problem. So why not see a friendly local counsellor to sort this out, and become better able to get mellow with your own internal resources, not needing the dagga. And the counsellor could also help you to feel more confident and get that girlfriend, too !
