First of all i just want to say Thank you Cybershrink :

I am a recovering addict and over the years i have posted many question on my road to recovery and you have always been a help to me, i have been 10 months clean and yes i know how hard it is to be an addict sometimes but staying clean is def worth it, saying yes to your feelings the good the bad and the ugly teach you to grow within yourself and it defines who you are.

This forum is really a helpline knowing that if all else fails i can always post here and someone and YOu cybershrink will listen and be ready with an anwer for me.

God truelly works in misteriouse ways we just have to listen and trust ourselves again and then just be at peace and follow the signs.

I challenge recovering addicts to post here more to help us help each other.

Hi Kasandra --- thanks for your kind and encouraging comments ! We continue to be delighted by your continuing progress, and I'm sure our readers are pleased that among the fresh problems we see each day, there are some messages like yours, which remind us that people DO manage to take charge of their lives and do better !
Maybe we do also need more support groups, self-help networks, etc., to promote such mutual encouragement and support.
