Help me!
Please don’t attach me.
Firstly I cannot afford a Shrink and secondly I work such long hours that I cannot visit one even if I could afford one.
How do I stop snooping ?
Yes I looked last night and it was indeed ADT who phoned, once again I’ve not caught him out.
We had a lovely Valentine’s dinner and an awesome evening which just makes me feel even worse.
How do I stop sms’ing throughout the day and if I don’t get a response within 10 minutes automatically assume I’ve done something wrong and find an exchuse to sms again or call him?
Day by day ? Hour by hour ?

You should be neither attacked not attached. You need to be as creative in finding ways to see a counsellor, perhaps through FAMSA, as you have been so creative in this compulsive snooping. Ask him nicely to lock his phone away, as a security precaution, or to carry it with him, when he's at home. And can't you have your phone or service doctored so you can no longer send SMS / They're not actually essential for a happy life !
And as others say, get very busy in other activities, to occupy yourself, body and mind.
Oh, and Delene's book recommendation is by Dale Carnegie.
