How to treat a mental sick person URGENT
How would one go about to have someone that you think is mentally sick, evaluated by a professional person? Especially when this person refuse to have this done? Is there by law any method that this can be done? What are the chances that Borderline personalities Disorder can be detected in such an evaluation? Can a person with BPD manipulate such an evalution?

Someone with BDP can of course be highly manipulative ; a skilled shrink may detect that. But there is no way to "get" anybody assessed by a shrink compulsorily and against their will, UNLESS there is good reason to believe that they are a significant risk to themselves or to others, and this is generally no the case with BPD. IF someone is behaving peculiarly in a public case, the police may be able to start the process ; otherwise discuss this with your GP or any doctor who has seen the person who is worrying you, and thus has some basis to know their condition
