Lying to myself
With all this crap going on in my life, i sometimes wonder if i am lying to myself about a lot of things. Possibly about what i hope will be.
Maybe a polygraph test?
Seriously, i trust the CBT i am going to this week, just made appointment, will help

Actually, polygraphs probably wouldn't pick up successful self-lying --- they measure things like your heart-rate, breating, sweatiness, etc, wich tend to change when you are lying, now you are lying, and are fearful of discovery. If you don't recognize that you're lying, or don't care, there may be nothing to pick up.
