maybe i didnt phase my question right
I mean like broody as in i really want a baby. That kind of broody, feeling all mothery and ive even started buying baby clothes and im not even pregnant

There's a lovely word sometimes used for part of this, originally in biology to describe birds when they get the same yen : "nitificative" --- when one gets the urge to start nest-building. Actually, I rather thought that was what you meant by "broody", and hormones do influence that, as well as social training and social pressures. Maybe buying baby clothes is just a short way over the top.
