Haven't seen enough good evidence in favour of i to be in a hurry to recommend it, but I'd keep an eye on it. I've just now been looking over the British sites that, for the NHS, review the evidence on all sorts of tretment for all sorts of conditions, and recommend what seems best, and they don't so far as I've seen so far, recommend it yet. CBT they come out strongly in favour of. Now, for decades, we've been using various forms of biofeedback, to enable people to learn how to control aspects of their bodily functions, including psych functions. Works well in stress and tension type problems ; in Depression it's less clear what exactly one would require feedback OF.
