Please help me!
I am always paranoid. I have been on medication for four monts, so i'm not sure if it has made it worse or not. I get paranoid over everthing: if i go into a supermarket i think everyone is looking at me, when i'm in public i get scared and paranoid that someone i know can see me but i won't know if they are there if they are too far away, when people i know say something i can't hear i think i are talking about me, when i'm on the internet i get paranoid that my boss can somehow see what i'm doing from his computer, or people can somehow see my inbox, when i'm around people i sometimes get too scared to think about something because i feel that if i think it they may be albe to sense it or read my mind, i also think that the looks they give to there friend mean bad things about me. this is really bad as when i'm in public i get feelings of dizziness and i go red and shaky and feel like i can't breahe. i'm unable to concentrate or walk properly. i'm only 22. what can i do?

I;m not sure whether what you are describing is paranoia, as it sounds very much like a social anxiety disorder, like an exaggerated form of shyness and self-consciousness. And the shakiness, breathing discomfort and dizziness fit that. I'd guess you'd find it awful to have to stand up and speak in public, too. See a good local shrink, for a proper assessment and confirmation of the appropriate diagnosis, and a discussion of treatment options. Some medication and also CBT counselling, can help a lot to clear this up.
