Playa
I have been going out witht his guy for about a month. He told me yesterday that he used to be a player (meaning he used to be with more than one girl all the time). He said that he has changed the last 6 months. He said that he always used to get bored easily and that is why he went out with so many girls. He said that he did not want to be hat kind of person anymore and that is why he changed. He said that he is falling in love with me and I always hold his attention. And said that he has honestly changed. hould I beleive him? I know that trust has to be earned. How do I know if he is gonna leave me when he gets bored? Can players really change? Should I give him a chance? He said that his feelings for me are real and he just says alot of things that make me feel as if he genuinely cares for me and wants to be with me. He still asked me when we staretd going out if I am really interested in him or is he jusr my "plaything". How can he expect me not to play him if he used to do that to other girls. Am I going out with a guy who has a bad rep for using girls. Please can u help with some advise. I really like this guy and I wanna beleive that he has changed.

Hi Me,
Either he's playing a far more complex game than players usually play, or maybe he has changed. But as I always say, don't concentrate on what he says, concentrate on what he does --- his actions will answer your quesion, not his promises. The fact that he chose to tell you about his past misconduct, when he didn't have to do so, is probably a promising sign.
Now, the fact that he used to play other girls is no excuse for you to play with him now ; that'd just be imitating him abnd trying to be as bad as he was. Give him a chance, see how it goes, and kep your eyes open.
