Please help:Stressed out!!!!
How do you keep going whilst it feels like everything around you is falling apart??????

I am going threw a very difficult time-we recently found out that we will not be able to conceive naturally after we have been trying for a year and 4 months. Problem on husbands side-so now I can not get upset or emotional about this as this came as a very bad shock to him and he needs my support.

My husbands father has very ill health and are in and out of hospital. This is very hard on my husband and he has difficulty to deal with the situation.

And now to top it all I am starting to write my final exams(to complete my degree) in two weeks time. Not to even talk about the work stress!!!!!

It feels that it is all just too much to deal with. Any advice on how I can stay calm and focused till atleast my exams is over?

PLEASE....Any advise welcome?

Hi Cellie, So sorry to hear about all these worries and stresses. And from the sound of it, this must have been tough on you, and even more tough on your husband. I'm sure our other readers will have some good suggestions on ways to relax and stay calm through this time, especially through the exams. Seeing a counsellor, perhaps through your educational instiution, would help. One can quite quickly learn some basic relaxation skills. be strict about eating well, and resting well, getting exercise and relaxation.
