Rape update
Hi guys thank you for all your advise, i have decided to go to the police station today and get a restraining order. He called me yesturday asking to see me and i refused, he then called me a coward for not wanting to see him. Then this morning, this is the mail i got from him:
This email is a formal request for you to refrain from sending me threatening emails and sms's similar to the ones you have been sending me for the last week.

These emails and sms's are making me uncomfortable and are affecting my work, and if they do not stop, I will have no choice but to escalate the problem to the Human Resources department.

Your co-operation would be appreciated.

He's really gone psyco on me. I know we can pull all the calls he's made to me and i have his emails from months ago to prove that he's a liar, but do i really want it to come to this at work?

You may need to get the copies of the emails and calls to ensure that you DON'T have to come to this at work, and so you can make it clear to the HR dept who is the aggressor here --- clearly, whatever you do, he intends to try to blame you and damage your standing at work --- defend yourself and don't allow him to geet away with this.
Shooter and Observer, and Deubel, summarize it very well.
Good luck ! Press ahead bravely, and put this grubby little guy where he belongs.
