Personally I believe that talking about exploits with other women, especially mentioning their names, is a sign of total disrespect to women, it is teenage behaviour. I have also found that this kind of talk mostly is also untrue and just some wishful thinking and that alcohol also leads to this type of discussion. The damage done to the women being discussed can be very severe and as far as i am concerned is just bad taste, inconsiderate and vulgar. In my grown-up life I very rarely encountered such discussions and will not take part in it - I HAVE TOO MUCH RESPECT FOR WOMEN.

And discussing it where a current partner hears it just shows what scant respect some men have for the dignity of women.

Had to say this as I real men does not have to indulge in this type of conversation

Absolutely right, Jakes --- adolescent in the extreme, and thoroughly bad mannes. And yes, always exaggerated and often invented. Definitely, NOT doing this is one of the characteristics of a real man
