Saying Goodbye.....
Hi all,
I am going to a funeral later today. What do I say to the family, who have lost a husband and father? Words seem so inadequate in these circumstances. I have lost a good friend and I know I will not be able to keep myself from crying. I am so scared I am going to stand there crying and not being able to say anything at all!!!
I find it so difficult to keep my emotions in check at funerals. Any ideas on how not to go to pieses this afternoon?
I have my supply of Urbanol on hand.

What you say is much less important than that you are there and able to listen to them. No reason not to weep, and you can simply say to them what you have said to us
Let us know how it goes. For some people, Urbanol and its like, as they are rather like alcohol, can actually make it harder for them to control their emotions.
