Short term memory
Thanks ladies. Will the short term memory improve? I want to study again but feel so disheartened as I am always so forgetful. Give me something positive please.

Often, espcially in people under, say 70 or more, the problem isn't necessarily something wrong with their memory as such ( unless they've had brain damage, concussion, whatever ) --- but that something --- physical illness, fever, stress, depression --- is interfering with them concentrating enough to get anything into their memory in the first place. That's why a general checkup is useful.
