Hi CS,
Hope you're doing well. I suppose life goes and I need to deal with it and go with the flow. However that is easier said than done. So total burnout it was and another trip to hospital for a few days and also a major epileptic fit.
I feel depressed and rundown trying to come by with some answers I don't have. Cut myself for the first time in...actually I can't remember.
I know, it will not solve anything. I just feel like...agh! what the hell, maybe the problem is within myself and not so much with my circumstances.
Ok, so that is it, keep well and thanks for reading this. You're great!!

Nice to hear from you again, LS,
HMm, isnt it part of our task to find the answers we can and need, and live without the answers we can't get ? And, to be able to tell the difference ? Sorry to hear of another cut --- one doesn't find the answers by excavation, you know. And the problem is rarely entirely within ourselves OR the circumstances, but in the interaction between them. Which is hopeful. Some of the circumstances one can change, others one can't ; but our reactions to them, those we can surely change.
Now, some links in the external support ntwork may be fraying, but we're still here, and we still value you. And you're no waste of anything at all
