Stress in Children
Once you established that your child is stressed what do you do about it?? How do you find out what he is stressed about and what do you do to take the stress out of his life?

You talk with him, calmly and pleasantly and seek to understand the situation better. If this seems too hard or mysterious, try a child psychologist who has complex ways of assessment which can help a reticent child to reveal what is troubling them, and can then make useful suggestions about how best to help them
