Studying advice
Hi there!
I am 26 and currently studying (started only this semester) after six yrs of non-studying. im working full-time and when i do try to study, it feels like im just browsing thru.
i want to study and then remeber what i've just studied.im feelin anxious as exams are just around the corner.
Will multi-vitamins help cos i hear it helps one to be mentally alert?
Any tips for effective studying!?

You don't mention where you are studying, but any respectable college, UNI, whatever, ought to provide some form of study methods counselling to help you get back into the swing of the study habit. Generally one doesn't need multivitamins if you are managing a normal healthy diet, but in moderate doses they can't do harm.
