wierd but i got woken up by the fam last nite aroun 23h00. they said it sounded like i was being strangled in my sleep. I know that i had a prob where i used to stop breathing in my sleep but thast hasnt happened for about 5 years now. Any input?

Obviously this could be various thibngs, but Sleep Apnoea is quite common, and usually noticed by other people, when one periodically stops breathing in one's sleep, and then re-starts noisily with sometimes spectacular snoring. Worth having it checked on as there are ways to help it, and it can contribute to headaches and other symptoms by day
