The Holistic Way
Dear Cybershrink, I hope this message finds you in good health, lately I have been wondering : My body is very sensitive to any pills (not natural) allergy pills anything that zonks you out or even stuff like caffeine etc. I always feel zonk out the next day and my head feels clocky, sometimes I wonder if my body or mind dont just come up with some illness so that I can take a pill. I also spent lots of money on supplements and minerals and vitamins, mostly end up a waste of money.

The second thing is alcohol I dont drink much and mostly 2 drinks per night but it effects me so bad, esp if you are trying to clean out your system get into a healthy gym routine, you end up dehydrated buying chips on your way home and the next day you feel super crap, Why is it so hard just to drink a diet coke when going out?

I want to clean out my system and go "all natural" I am 29 healthy and that is what my mind set sould be focus on the inner beauty and just not waste so much money.

Alcohol is also very expensive rather would treat myself at the end of the month with body, head massage.

I am going to go cold turkey sound so stupid, but its the mind that tricks you if you have a very addictive personality, I want a clean clear head and body, I am determinate. wish me luck.

Always remember that all "naturasl" remedies are about as unnatural as anything else --- they literally don't grow on trees. An orange is Natural, a gingko capsule is not natural. And I agree with youi that most of the "supplements etc are grossly ober-priced, and often sold on dodgy evidence. As the alcohol doesn't agree with you, sounds like a good idea to give it up --- it's not an essential item of diet !
Just be cautious if you are contemplating giving up any prescribed meds, that you discuss this with your doc, and be aware that some cause problems if one stops them suddenly, rather than gently
