Dear Sea, I have read CS reply to you and it would really be wise to follow his advice. If it is PND please also go to the talk section next to experts and got to the Post Natal Depression forum, you will find stories posted from other Moms who have felt like you do, please read them for encouragement and also for strength to help you through. Its not easy, I know, but be strong.
