Ugh
Hi everyone
I am so sore today!!
My hubby and i were playing over the weekend and i was pretending he'd stopped breathing and giving him fake CPR, he eventually grabbed me and squeezed me around the upper arms and chest. my chest was sore the next day and monday but went away and yesterday i was lifting heavy stuff so mow my chest is even more sore than it was then.
hopefully just a pulled muscle, but im not sure how you can pull a muscle by squeezing someone, hopefully not cracked ribs!!
What do u guys think?

You can';t squeeze anyone without exerting considerable action in your own muscles, so it'd be easy to pull a muscle that way. The distribution of the pain you dscribe sounds very like the position of the main muscle you would use for the squeezing and the lifting, the Pectoralis Major muscle. Some antiinflams like Brifen , aspirin, paracetamol should help, and maybe somewarmth --- perhaps a hot waterbottle or shower, as these muscles would be rather painful on climbing in and out of a hot bath. No weight-lifting for a while now !
