very down all of a sudden
My man and i moved in together about a month ago we have two dogs and a -|- atiel he is awesome hwlps alot around the house cooks etc and i was very happy its everything i have ever wanted, but yesterday morning i woke up and felt very aggetated and depressed i thought it might be cos im tired so last night i got into bed told my man i don't feel like it he said im making a habit of it and turned his back on me so didn't say anything and also turned my back on him and cuddled with our baby dogs, a few minutes later he held me and we fell asleep like that this morning we woke up and it was as if he very off toward me gave the dogs more attention and today i feel worse than yesterday and i had an awesome nights sleep, a bomb could have gone off next to me and i wouldn't have budged.
I feel worthless like nothing i do is good enough and guilty for saying no last night and just like nothing i do is good enough or right, i hate feeling like this and just want to get into bed and cry.
Please help me to get out of this slump, my man doesn't deserve this, me being like this.

Sorry, Jo, I couldn't help chuckling at first --- as I read your opening, it sounded as though you have a cockatiel who helps round the house and cooks, and I'd really like one of those !
OK, men are sensitive ( though you might not easily guess it ) about sexual matters, and may get childishly pouty & sulky if you turn them down, even though you have every right to do so. But you are not worthless --- and you shouldn't allow ANYONE to make you feel like that. And you have nothing to feel guilty about, for not always saying Yes to sex. YOU don't deserve to feel so bad. Stop blaming yourself for everything.
However, the various features you mention suggest that its possible you might be becoming depressed --- see your doc or a good local shrink for an assessment, and possible treatment of this. If CBT counselling is available, jump at it, as it is especially suitable for helping people with the patterns of negative thinking you seem to be showing
