wanted:counseling site
Dear Doc, can you please suggest a site where I can get something like free counselling? Actually just need someone to talk to, my life is so messed up and there is just no one to discuss it with. Feels like i/m ready to explode with all the mixed up feelings and cannot really let it all out here.

Yes, we may well be able to help here --- I know of no site on the web which offers free counselling ( and for many problems you really need the face-to-face, detailed, realtime counselling with a counsellor in the same room ). I hear of some in the USA which claim to provide online counselling, but they all charge ( and in dollars !) and most seem to have disappeared by the next time I visit them to see what's going on.
If you want any response from me, remember after I have given one response, the message, which may receive many really useful responses also from our regular readers, whill not be seen by me again, so if you want specifically further comment from me on some particular point, post a fresh message.
You could try some phone counselling services, with partly trained volunteers, like Lifeline ( check phone book ). Or, if you can afford some fee, check out local counsellors who would be pleased to see you.
