dearest cs and everyone
so much has been happening (but that's for another post) and i havent had a chance to pop in. hope all well your side and that 2006 is treating you well. i missed you all.
need some advice re work - after a very dry spell works=wise i sent off tons of cv's and now work is coming in. now the quandry. i now have choices. either a few retainers (mindless work i am not passionate about but good money for the amount of work) or go back full time to a bit of a challenging job (money not as good as retainers but it will look good on my cv and i think should be interesting)
not sure what to do
retainers will mean i am still my own boss to come and go as i please, fulltime means it is back to office work with a boss clockwatching etc which i havent done in years since my bp2 breakdown
completely confused....what to do cs, what to do. ...

Having choices is a much stronger situation than having no choices, thugh it may not be a comfortable situation!
Of course I ( and we ) can't tell you what you ought to do. You're luck to have choices. Take some paper and make a list of the two main options, the plusses and minuses for eac, and weight them up. s there any way to combine some from column A and some from column B, as in some Chinese restaurant menus ?
