I'm just imagining the senario of the set up after he is caught. I'm almost imagining him as a big cat that will shake the cat basket and manage to get his legs through like in the movie called Mousetrap when these two brothers by the meanest mother bugger at the animal shelter to catch a mouse.

Once you catch Freeway he may become quite the gentle -|- cat and may even become the peace brother like JT did after he got neutered.
