Would a dog contarct HIV/AIDS if he or she bites a person that has HIV/AIDS.

Absolutely not. HIV/AIDS does not cross the species barrier. Therefore, humans can only infect humans. Of course, cats also get AIDS/FIV,, but once again this is specific to cats and can only affect cats.
