Jealousy between my dogs
Hi Cybervet,

I feel so helpless in trying to resolve the jealousy conflict between my two male dogs. The larger one will always eat up the smaller's food, what should I do? and How can I do something... I really don't want the poor smaller one go hungry all the time, please help~!!!

Thank you,
tata

Hi tata
The best thing to do is to feed them with some sort of gate or door between them. For example feed one inside the house and one outside. If they are likely to be jealous about that then alternate them so one day one eats inside and the next the other eats inside. After half an hour take both bowls of food away before allowing them to get to each other. If they haven't finished eating they will soon learn to eat quicker in the next few days.
