The in grown toe nail may simply need to be cut back. This can be painful to work with, and you will probably need your vet to help you. Since it is a painful condition, please go see your vet as soon as possible. He will then also be able to tell you whether it is necessary to worry about the bump on the dog's chest. If this is a benign fatty growth, it is nothing to worry about, however if it is a tumour of the mammary gland, it is potentially life threatening. Your vet will certainly be able to help you to determine the correct treatment.
