Talking dogs.......what do they say
My husband has a fenced in vegetable garden. Our pint size X Toy Pom has excavated an entrance for her, through which only she fits, and which she crawls through when she thinks no one notices.

Monday evening we got home to find the little lady having a royal ball among the vegetables. My husband stormed at her and in a loud, stern voice reprimanded her for being in the garden. She quickly crawled through the hole and ran for the cover of the kennel.

With in minutes she recovered her dignity and courage and run up to my husband and verbally challenged him, literally talking back.

At that moment the other 4 dogs all attacked the poor Toy Pom (luckily we where there to prevent her getting injured). The question now is “what did she say (in dog language) to my husband, that upset the rest of the dogs?

Hi Pip

I would not be able to tell you what she said, long story short. The other dogs could be disciplining her for being out of line (trying to take leadership position) or if they see your husband as the leader, they could see her as a threat to him.
You did not mention what the other breeds are and the ages or genders.

Keep an eye on them that they do not try it again and hopefully she got the message.
