Tired cat
My cat is 15 years old and female. She has always been healthy and weighs about 6 kgs for the last 5 years or so. Always seems to be hungry. Eats only Royal Canin Senior S/O Kidney & Osteo, and drinks lots of water. Since we go her she has regurlary regurgitated her food about 1 minute after eating.
A week ago she suddenly took ill. She has gone off her food completely and I now feed her with a syringe with a special food from Iams, recommended by the vet. She has got very thin in the back legs, but a swollen bloted stomach. She is almost completely tired with no energy (suden change from a week ago). She still manages to urinate in her cat box.
She has been to the vet three times this week, and will go for blood tests on Monday.
Without the insight of the blood tests, what is your opinion that may be causing this ?
