Extract / Fill
Hi doc

A few years ago a tooth of mine chipped, it turned blue and it looks like its rotting it isn't painful though, For the past few weeks a little boil comes up over it now and again. Do i need to extract it or could it be filled. I'd hate to extract.

the nerve of the tooth has been affected. The "boil" you see is an abscess. You can save the tooth by having a root canal treatment done. It is not necessary to extract the tooth
