Grinds teeth
My husband grinds his teeth in his sleep. It is quite bad and I would like to know what causes this and if there is a "cure". He grinds so much that it wakes me at night. He is already using his 2nd mouthpiece. Our GP gave him pills to calm him before going to bed but needless to say it does not work. Please advise

There are many causes, stress being the major one. It is best to have another guard made. However it is also important to have a comprehensive dental examination to determine damage done due to the grinding.
