oral lichen planus
Dear Doc
My wife has been diagnosed as having oral lichen planus. The dentist prescribed kenacomb and betnovate ointment(half strength) for 10 days. The inflammation or redness has settled, however she continues to have intermittent burning sensations on the anterior half of her tongue and both inner cheeks.Could you suggest alternative remedies, preferably natural stuff.

Thank you

sorry I am unaware of any herbal remedies but if you ask your nearest health store they should be able to help you
