Dear Mariska
I am personally not in favour of most of these over-the-counter slimming pills and potions because they contain ingredients that are potentially harmful and can cause negative side-effects such as diarrhoea which can disrupt your bowel function, diuretics which can cause dehydration and can even be fatal, stimulants which you can become addicted to, compounds which can negatively affect the kidneys or liver, etc, etc. Just because a product advertises that it is 'natural' and 'safe' does not mean that it is safe - always keep in mind that some of the most potent poisons are derived from plants! Then there is the risk that products which are imported from countries such as China may contain added chemicals - awhile ago there was a scandal when one of these products contained harmful levels of a slimming compound called sibutramine which had been taken off the pharmaceutical market because of its dangerous side-effects. I also have no idea what 'Magic soy powder' could be. I would advise you to be very careful and rather to use Xenical or Alli which prevent the uptake of fat from the diet and thus cause weightloss. You can discuss the use of Xenical or Alli with your medical doctor of pharmacist. Use these diet pills with a very-low-fat diet and do daily exercise to start losing weight.
Best regards
