Dear Suzanne
I do not think that it is healthy to eat such a large quantity of prunes or fibrous legumes at one sitting. You will stimulate your poor digestive tract to such an extent that you will develop acute diarrhoea. Eat a small portion of boiled prunes at breakfast or a moderate portion of legumes as part of your daily diet to ensure regularity. Rather avoid binges all together and make quite sure that you are not starting to develop an eating disorder.
