Calories to loose weight
hi there

my current weight is 65.5kg and my height is 153cm. How many caloies do I require to loose between 0.5kg to 1kg per week with morderate exercise?

In general adult women are advised to reduce their energy intake to 1500 kcal (6300 kJ) per day to lose between 0.5 and 1 kg per week. Your present BMI = 28 which is above the normal range. To get back into the normal range with a BMI of 24, you would need to weigh 56 kg, which represents a loss of 9,5 kg.
