Can please advice me on my diet.
I want to losse weight/fat.My diet is as follows
1.My Breakfast is depeding on the day.
a)White bread with magarine and peanut butter
b)Fried chips ,beacon,polony,fish,viennas,russian,archar and eggs.
2.My lunch is
a)Pap and red meat or chicken every day
3.My supper is
a)Pap and red meat or chicken every day.
Please can you supply me with the best diet

To lose weight you need to reduce your energy intake by eating a low-fat, high-fibre diet (click on 'Diet', then on 'Weight loss' and 'Slimming Diet'), and increase your energy expenditure by doing exercise. You will find that you will also feel better if you eat a more balanced diet which includes more fruit, vegetables and unprocessed grains and cereals and less fatty meat and processed foods.
