Cant lose weight no matter what???
I've been very active this last 3-4 months. I play squash, swim, and go to the gym (Weights) and every weekend I play at least 18 holes. I've bee eating healty, most meals of the week. And I still don't lose any kilos / inches. I know that I've got at least 10 kg to lose. I'm thinking of taking pills to help, should I? Or can you e-mail me an eating plan.
Dear Dave
I can unfortunately not respond to individual Readers by e-mail. If your energy intake is higher than your energy output, then you will not actually lose weight with doing exercise. For the sake of your health I would not recommend that you use any slimming pills. To lose weight you need to basically change your lifestyle. Reduce your energy intake by eating an energy-reduced, low-fat, high-fibre diet (click on 'Diet' at the top of this page, 'Weight loss' , ‘The right approach' and then on 'Slimming Diet' for a copy of such a diet), and combine it with your exercise.
Best regards
