Correct weight for my length
Good day, Where can I find out what the correct weight is for my length?? Thank you

If you provide me with your height in meters and your present weight in kg, I can calculate your BMI for you and indicate how much you should weigh to have an "ideal" BMI of 22. You can also click on 'Tools' at the top of this page and calculate your present BMI yourself and compare it to the normal range of 18-25.
