i have 4days to myself.. what cheap detox can i do? im feeling quite low! pls assist?

If you are feeling depressed, I doubt that exposing your body to the stresses of detoxing will make you feel any better. You would benefit more from doing plenty of aerobic exercise which produces endorphins in the body that 'lift' the mood and also improves your blood circulation and doing something enjoyable. Cut out all processed foods and just eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, low-fat milk and yoghurt or cottage cheese, wholegrain cereals and grains, and lean meat or plenty of fish (for omega-3 that can also improve your mood).
