DIET
I AM 178 HEIGHT AND WEIGH 93.4KG, I HAVE STARTED CYCLING AND STOPPED SMOKING, I USED TO WEIGH BETWEEN 83-85 I NEED TO LOOSE WEIGHT I AM 25 YRS OLD FEMALE. I NEED TO EAT HEALTHY BUT DONT KNOW WHAT IS THE RECOMMENDED DIET FOR MY AGE AS WELL AS RECOMMENDED DIET FOR SOMEONE TRAINING. COULD YOU PLEASE ADVISE HOW I COULD LOOSE WEIGHT AND EAT HEALTHY AT THE SAME TIME.

Seeing that your present BMI = 29,4 it would be a good idea to lose about 15 to 20 kg to get back into the normal range. Combine the exercise with an energy-reduced, low-fat, high-fibre diet (click on 'Diet' at the top of this page, 'Weight loss' , ‘The right approach' and then on 'Slimming Diet' for a copy of such a diet). This diet is rich in carbohydrates which will provide you with all the fuel you need for training.
