Dear Sonny
If you would like to have an individual diet worked out for you by a dietitian, then phone (012) 998-5650 (mornings) to obtain the name and address of your nearest dietitian. Your BMI = 21,7, which is close to the ideal of 22, so you certainly don't need to lose weight. Basically athletes need to eat a healthy, balanced diet that is rich in carbohydrates to supply you with the very large amounts of energy you require. Click on 'Diet' and 'View old Diet & Food site' and read the articles on 'Balanced Diet, I-IV'. This will give you an idea of what a balanced diet consists of and help you to select carbohydrate-rich food.
Enjoy your exercise
