excessive flatulance
i have such terrible wind. its really smelly and if i dont let it out i have terrible stomach cramps. The smell is the most embarrasing.
Dear Annie
It is important that you have a medical examination to see if this symptom is due to a spastic colon, food allergy or another underlying problem. The type of food you eat can of course also cause bad smelling winds, e.g. too little fibre, too much meat, too much garlic, etc. You can try using probiotics (good bugs) such as Bifidoflora or Bifidoforte (buy at health shop) to normalise your bowel flora and increase your intake of dietary fibre, but first have that checkup.
Best regards
