FIBRE GIVES NO ENGERGY?
If fibre provides no energy and is not digestible, why do we get energy from Jungle Oats and Jungle Oat bran.

Dear Queens
Jungle oats, and even the bran, contain carbohydrates and some plant protein which will provide energy. The high dietary fibre content does, however, 'dilute' the energy content of these foods.
