Fish 2x weekly, does shellfish count?

That' s it, really - I know you havr to have fish 2x weekly, but does shellfish count? If not, where do you put it under?

Yes, shellfish does count, but the best choice is still fatty fish like salmon, tuna, sardines, snoek, etc, because they have the highest omega-3 fatty acid content.
