Hi Doc. I am eating 5 small meals a day and with 4 of the meals I have a fruit as I need something sweet afterwards. Is this too much fruit? I have read that too much makes you gain weight!!! I try not to have it after my dinner. Thanks.

Eating 4 medium-sized fruits a day should not cause weight gain or hamper weightloss. Just don't have massive portions (e.g. a large bunch of grapes or a whole spanspek). Moderation is the key!
