GI Diet
HI. I have always battle with my weight. Now I have been to a GI dieticien. She has now put me on the low GI eating plan. But I am so scared that I will pick up weight. I am unsure about the portions, and if I will still maintain my weight. Has anybody been on this plan and was was the results? Please supply me with your answers.

Dear Unsure
I hope that other Readers are responding. The low GI diet is very successful because it normalises your blood insulin and glucose levels. Stick to the diet prescription and phone the dietitian about the exact portions you should use.
